Men’s Group – Band of Brothers
Meyer Hall, Lakeside Church 2401 Tamiami Trl s, Venice, FL, United StatesThe men are striving to know the Joy of Christ better through the study of His word, loving and serving our Lord as He first loved, and served us. The Band of Brothers is committed to becoming the men that GOD has called us to be. The Band-of-Brothers meets each Saturday morning at 8:30-10:00 a.m. in the Meyer Hall (except the first Saturday of the month - then we meet at Skillets Restaurant at 8:00 a.m.).
Mennonite Disaster Service – Summer Youth Program
Lakeside Lutheran Church 2401 S Tamiami Trail, Venice, FL, United StatesLakeside Lutheran Church has partnered with MDS (Mennonite Disaster Service) for the summer. Their Summer Youth Program is a life-changing experience. Regardless of their construction skill level, the youth have a place to work with weekly volunteer teams, giving them hands-on work combine with spiritual formation to have a deep impact on the budding generation of volunteers.
SUMMER FOOD DRIVE – for South County Food Pantry
For three weeks in July, Lakeside will be having a Special Collection of Emergency Hurricane Food Supplies to be given to the South County Food Pantry for distribution. The need for food at the pantry is great, and the donations are few.

Contemporary Worship Service - the choice of music for this service is more contemporary.
Choir Practice
Lakeside Church Sanctuary 2401 Tamiami Trl s, Venice, FL, United StatesThe Choir group has schedule practice every Sunday, prior to the Traditional 10:30 Service.
Worship Service – Traditional
Traditional Service - this is a tradition Lutheran Worship Service taken from the Lutheran Service Book (LSB), including traditional hymns.
Children’s Sunday School
Lakeside Church offers Sunday School Class during the 10:30 Sunday service. The Class is located in the parlor (behind the narthex). We welcome toddlers through children age 10. Children's Bulletins are available during service.
Women’s Bible Study POTLUCK (off campus)
Women of Lakeside, join us for a Bible study next Monday, at 6:00pm in the sanctuary. It is a great opportunity to grow in your faith and friendships.
