Lakeside Church offers Sunday School Class during the 10:30 Sunday service. The Class is located in the parlor (behind the narthex). We welcome toddlers through children age 10. (Currently cancelled until Palm Sunday).
Children's Bulletins are available during service.
Lakeside Lutheran Church Elders will be leading a Worship Service for residents of Harbor Health Center. The Service will be the 4th Sunday of each month, beginning at 2:00 PM.
The Quilting Bees work together on quilting projects. No sewing experience is necessary to join this group! Completed quilts are given to Lutheran World Relief for Distribution.
The writers are a group of non-members from the community who come to Lakeside to create memoirs of their life experience and share them with one another.

The Venice Treehouse Pre-school children come to the Lakeside Sanctuary every Wednesday, at 9:45, for 30 minutes for Chapel. We feel so much JOY watching 40 preschoolers pray, sing, dance and hear a Bible story.

The Band-of-Brothers meets each Saturday morning at 8:30-10:00 a.m. in the Meyer Hall (except the first Saturday of the month - then we meet at Skillets Restaurant at 8:00 a.m.).

New members of Lakeside Lutheran Church are recognized once per year, followed by a small reception in Meyer Hall. Please be sure to greet them, they'll be wearing a yellow ribbon. If you would like to join Lakeside (seasonal, associate or fulltime) contact the church office for a membership form.

Through FL-GA Church's Lutheran Early Response Team (LERT) we are able to become engaged in helping others following a disaster. Join us to explore what it means to serve Christ through LERT and how you can get involved. Doors open at 8:30. The cost is $35/person or $50/couple, which covers class material, lunch, and a LERT team shirt. Register at www.LCMS-LERT.org.

Good Friday service will be held at 5:00 PM. People are asked to leave in silence as we wait in anticipation for the Glorious Easter Morning.

“Jesus said to them, ‘Come and have breakfast.’ Now none of the disciples dared ask him, ‘Who are you?’ They knew it was the Lord. Jesus came and took the bread and gave it to them, and so with the fish.” (John 21:12–13). Like the disciples, we are encouraged to share meals and conversations. Members of Lakeside are working diligently to create meals to share throughout Lent and Easter. YOU are invited! (Easter Breakfast served Easter Sunday morning from 7:30-10:30 AM).
