Lakeside Lutheran Church has partnered with MDS (Mennonite Disaster Service) for the summer. Their Summer Youth Program is a life-changing experience. Regardless of their construction skill level, they have a place to work with weekly volunteer teams, giving them hands-on work combine with spiritual formation to have a deep impact on the budding generation of volunteers. MDS will send a preparation group to Lakeside from June 3rd-12th. The first group of youth workers arrive June 16th. New groups come weekly. They will finish up July 27.
