“If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me.

– Mark 8:34

As Jesus calls us to follow Him one of the great invites is to take up our cross and follow him. He does not promise and easy go. He knows how deep sin runs in the world. But yet the call to follow arrives because of one reason: Jesus is my savior from my brokenness.

For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake and the gospel’s will save it.

– Mark 8:35

To live full is to get rid of your agenda and lives God calling for you. What is God doing in and through you? WE cannot name one part of our life that is not effected by the forgiveness of our sins. So to follow is our joy and crown.
